Previously, a supplier deemed non-compliant at one site was automatically considered non-compliant across all sites, creating operational inefficiencies and unnecessary disruptions. Consequently, the platform enabled contractors to take a more proactive approach to communicating, verifying, and tracking that they were ready for work and compliance had been confirmed.

Within six months of the Avetta implementation, Whitehaven reduced the percentage of workers being stopped at log points due to compliance issues from 10% to 1.6%.
