Each year, Utah Business celebrates 30 exemplary women leading the way in business, law, education and more. Hayes is being honored for shifting the culture at Avetta to one of coaching, mentoring and leadership to develop talent from within. She has implemented initiatives like formal talent development, leadership training, talent review processes and more.
