Avetta Honours 2026 EMEA Customer Award Winners

Annual awards recognise organisations and individuals across EMEA leading in operational, safety and sustainability performance

LONDON – 27 October 2026 – Avetta®, the leader in intelligent work readiness across global supply chains, today revealed its inaugural EMEA customer award winners—hiring clients, contractors and suppliers recently celebrated at the Avetta Summit Series event in London. This awards programme celebrates organisations and individuals from across EMEA—including entries from the UK, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and beyond—that are raising the standard for operational, safety and sustainability performance and demonstrating what it means to be truly ready to work in today’s increasingly complex global supply chains.

This year’s winners reflect the power of a connected, trusted community. By combining data, technology and shared accountability, they are moving beyond reactive compliance toward proactive, performance-driven operations—where work starts faster, risks are addressed earlier and outcomes are stronger across every link in the supply chain. This shift from fragmented processes to unified readiness is at the core of how leading organisations are building resilience and long-term advantage.

“Our EMEA customer award winners show what’s possible when organisations make work readiness a core part of how they operate,” said Abid Yousuf, Chief Customer Officer at Avetta. “Through strong processes, data-driven decision-making and a commitment to accountability, they’re creating safer, more sustainable workplaces; improving operational performance; and strengthening global supply chains. The calibre and diversity of this year’s winners reflect both the momentum we’re seeing across EMEA and the strength of the trusted community we’re building together. Congratulations to each of the winners on this well-earned recognition.”

The EMEA winners are:

Operational Excellence Leader Award

Majestic International Company

Majestic International was recognised for making complex compliance requirements more efficient and scalable, supporting stronger tender readiness and business growth. With Avetta, Majestic achieved a reduction of more than 60% in administrative workload, and cut onboarding times by over 50%. By centralising documentation and automating repeatable workflows, Majestic has strengthened audit readiness and client confidence while supporting growth without added overhead.

Innovation Champion Award

Bunzl Continental Europe

Bunzl created a European-led ESG assessment programme to replace fragmented questionnaires and spreadsheet tracking with a repeatable Avetta assessment, automated workflows and Power BI reporting. The programme has strengthened supplier engagement, improved assessment completion and generated better ESG insights to drive continuous improvement.

Ecobag UK Ltd.

Working alongside Avetta, Ecobag strengthened its sustainability credentials through transparent compliance management, supplier oversight and robust environmental documentation. The initiative enabled Ecobag to reduce raw material consumption, lower carbon emissions, improve transport efficiency and minimise waste, all while maintaining the strength and durability its customers expect.

Health and Safety Excellence Award

Linxon

Linxon embedded contractor safety assurance into supplier prequalification across its global operations. Through Avetta digital audits; its own proprietary Bluebook reviews; and health, safety and environmental expertise, it has improved visibility of contractor capability and made safety reviews part of subcontractor approval.

Q Electrical Industrial Services Ltd.

Q Electrical Industrial Services was recognised for building a proactive and accountable safety culture, with Avetta helping strengthen contractor controls and real-time risk management. The company achieved a 40% reduction in recordable incidents, 60% improvement in worker and contractor compliance, 60% increase in hazard reporting, 60% improvement in corrective-action close-out and 60% reduction in identified safety system gaps.

Advancing Safety Culture Award

High Peak Access Ltd.

High Peak Access Ltd. embedded safety into the planning and delivery of its specialist access work. Structured morning briefings align clients and contractors on hazards, permits, programme updates, access arrangements and interface risks, while ongoing radio communication supports coordination throughout the day. With Avetta’s help, digital policies, risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks and qualification controls reinforce consistent safe working across live client sites.

Sustainability and ESG Impact Award

Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services turned ESG strategy into operational action by combining Avetta-enabled supplier governance and social-value activity with data-led building optimisation. Across a key client portfolio, it drove a 35% reduction in energy intensity, saving more than 15 million kWh £2.78 million. That equated to 2,849 tonnes of CO₂e avoided and 18% fewer reactive maintenance call-outs. The model is being prepared for wider rollout.

“Sustainability becomes far more impactful when it moves beyond strategy and is embedded into day-to-day operations,” Matt Stewart, Partner, Facilities Management at Cushman & Wakefield. “By combining data-driven performance building initiatives with strong supplier engagement and governance, we’ve been able to reduce energy consumption, lower emissions and create measurable value. We’re honoured to receive this recognition from Avetta and remain committed to achieving sustainability goals while building more resilient operations.”

TEST Consulting

Working with Ibstock, another Avetta customer, TEST Consulting delivered energy monitoring across 35 live manufacturing sites, creating visibility into approximately 250 million kWh of annual electricity use and reporting 188,000 kWh saved. Avetta supported contractor prequalification, workforce competency checks and compliance assurance, helping the programme progress energy-efficiency and carbon-reduction goals safely.

Changemaker Award

Harry Dawson, Sustainable Procurement and Projects Manager at Holcim

Harry Dawson transformed supplier compliance from a reactive administrative task into a proactive, shared responsibility across more than 680 suppliers. Through clear standards and practical support, particularly for small- and medium-sized enterprises, he helped raise average supplier compliance above 98% and encouraged stronger governance, modern slavery controls and ethical compliance practices.

“Effective supplier compliance isn’t about ticking boxes,” said Harry Dawson, Sustainable Procurement and Projects Manager at Holcim. “It’s about creating a culture of shared responsibility where suppliers are supported, expectations are clear and everyone is working toward the same high standards. This recognition reflects the commitment of our supplier community and internal teams alike. By working together, we’ve strengthened governance, improved transparency and helped ensure our supply chain is better prepared to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.”

Anna McGorrigan

McGorrigan helped her client, a multinational technology company, and their subcontractor community adopt safer, more structured ways of working. She delivered more than 20 training sessions; supported contractors that had varied levels of digital confidence; and helped move work requests, risk assessments and method statements to earlier in the project cycle. This helped reduce the number of contractors turned away from site and eased the burden on the workforce.
