This release brings a host of improvements and fixes, but the highlight is the new Document Upload feature, designed to enhance the worker experience and streamline the competency management process.
Document Upload: Take Charge of Your Competency Requirements
With the new Document Upload feature, workers now have the power to satisfy their assigned competencies directly through the app. This allows them to take control of their requirements, reducing dependency on administrators and eliminating site sign in delays.
How it works:
- Document Selection: Workers can choose to upload documents from their device's library or capture new images using their camera.
- Easy Re-submission: In case a document is rejected, workers can effortlessly remove the rejected file and submit a new one.
- No-Doc Competency: For sensitive documents, where the client prefers not to handle them directly, a No-Doc Competency option is available. Workers can attest to possessing the necessary document, providing issue and expiry dates.
- Template Downloads: Some clients may prefer specific templates for document submissions. If a competency requires a document upload and the client has provided a template, workers can download it, fill it out, and then upload the completed form to fulfill the competency.
- Quick Competency Updates: In cases where clients enable this feature, workers can update competency requirements by simply adjusting dates, ensuring a hassle-free process.
