How the Cultural Maturity Index works
Cultural Maturity Index assessments are designed to be simple for suppliers and contractors to complete and powerful for client organizations to act on as leading partners, turning cultural insight into measurable improvement.
Evaluate safety culture with a standardized assessment
Assess the cultural drivers that influence safety performance across your supply chain. The Cultural Maturity Index uses a succinct, comprehensive survey that asks a combination of perception-based and maturity-based questions. The survey takes employees of suppliers and contractors about 15 minutes to complete.
