Supplier coupon terms and conditions

Definition and scope

“Coupons” refer collectively to all discount instruments made available to the Client by Avetta for subsequent issuance to Suppliers. Available Coupons may be issued by Clients to Suppliers of their choice, subject to the conditions set forth herein. These terms govern the use and redemption of all such Coupons within the Avetta network.

Eligibility and redemption

Each Coupon may be redeemed only by a Supplier that is new to the Avetta network.

Discount entitlement

Each Coupon entitles the recipient Supplier to a discount equal to 100% off the then-current standard annual Supplier membership fee, including any applicable activation fee. The discount applies only to a single year of membership.

Expiration

Any Coupon not redeemed within 12 months from the date it is made available by Avetta will expire and become void.
