Why participate?

Participating in the Avetta Customer Awards is a powerful way to showcase your organization’s commitment to ensuring safe, sustainable, and resilient supply chains. Winners gain recognition for leadership in health and safety, sustainability, workforce management, and operational excellence and are celebrated across Avetta’s global network. It’s also an opportunity to inspire others, share best practices, and elevate your brand as a trusted industry leader.  

When are submissions due?

Submissions must be received no later than April 1, 2026.

When will finalists and winners be announced?

Finalists will be notified in April and invited to the Avetta flagship event taking place in Chicago, in May, where winners will be announced and recognized.

How long does it take to submit a nomination?

Submitting your nomination should only take a few minutes; the preparation beforehand will require a bit more time. We recommend reviewing the available award categories and identifying those that best align with your achievements. Before you begin your submission, click on each category icon to review the associated scorecard and judging criteria. Then, gather supporting materials such as statistics, data, and examples to strengthen your nomination.

What will my submission be judged on?

Each submission will be evaluated using a defined scorecard specific to its award category. When you open the application, you’ll be able to review the scorecard directly within the submission form to understand exactly how entries will be scored. Nominations are assessed on thoroughness, use of supporting data and examples, creativity, quality, and how effectively the submission aligns with the purpose of the selected category.

Can I submit more than one category?

Yes, you can make submissions to multiple categories.

Can my CSM or Account Manager help with my submission?

Yes, your Avetta Account Manager and/or CSM can help with your submission, but your Account Manager or CSM cannot submit on your behalf.
