Prior to collaborating with Avetta, Caltrol relied on a third-party audit company and direct customer interactions to manage important pre-qualification data. Operating across numerous industries brought the challenge of keeping up with the diverse regulations and requirements. Without robust software, data had to be entered multiple times in different formats, resulting in a time-consuming process.
With roughly 40 customers in the Avetta network, Caltrol decided to leverage our powerful platform to streamline their pre-qualification process. They discovered that the Avetta platform simplified the process, automatically providing each of Caltrol’s customers with the necessary information and eliminating the need for repetitive data entry in various formats.
As a result, Caltrol’s team gained more time to focus on other important, value-adding tasks, while also enhancing their safety and sustainability efforts.
