After implementing Avetta, Kleinfelder worked with a dedicated Avetta team to identify key ESG and DEI risk areas, define baseline requirements using Avetta’s ESG Self-Evaluation (built on the UN framework), and track performance across its supplier network. By year end, 80% of these suppliers had completed the evaluation, and 25% were honoured as Avetta ESG Innovator winners. As a client and supplier in the Avetta system, Kleinfelder also helped close gaps in the pre-qualification questionnaire and contributed feedback that enhanced the platform’s functionality.
