Prof. Tim Marsh, PhD, CFIOSH, CPsychol, SFIIRSM, is a world-renowned expert in behavioural safety, safety leadership, and organisational culture. A Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Fellow of IOSH, he led pioneering UK research in the 1990s and has since advised over 500 global organisations, including the BBC, ESA, and Sky.
He founded Ryder Marsh Safety and co-founded Anker & Marsh. A prolific author and keynote speaker, Tim has presented at major conferences worldwide and contributed extensively to safety literature. He developed IOSH’s behavioural safety courses and the award-winning "Affective Safety Management" concept.
A visiting professor and frequent expert witness, his work continues to shape safety culture and mental health strategies across industries.

Courtney is the CEO of C4 Cleaning, a specialist cleaning company delivering bespoke
services to data centres and corporate workspaces across the UK and Europe. With a career that
began in property sales, Courtney worked as a Senior Sales Manager for a leading estate agency
from 2004 to 2008, until the global financial crisis led to redundancy and a dramatic shift in
direction.
That turning point led to a role as a platform attendant—cleaning toilets and ticket offices—which
sparked a deeper understanding of public perception, dignity in work, and the value of frontline
service roles. It was this experience that inspired the founding of C4 Cleaning: a business built not
just on service excellence, but on the principle that every team member deserves respect,
recognition, and purpose.
Starting with just a vacuum, a bucket, a sponge, and a van that barely held together, Courtney grew
C4 Cleaning into a thriving operation employing 57 operatives and generating £1.8 million in annual
turnover. Under Courtney’s leadership, the company has delivered specialist technical cleaning
services to clients in Frankfurt, Prague, Paris, and Lisbon, and proudly became the UK’s first certified
minority-owned data centre cleaning specialist.

Phil Varney

Phil Varney has spent the last seven years of his career within Amazon’s Procurement and Work, Health, and Safety Departments. His projects have covered a wide ranging focus on compliance controls for Amazon’s supplier base, ranging from sustainability, safety, invoice processing, vendor registration, and many more.
The most impactful of the projects he has lead was the implementation of supplier prequalification through Avetta for onsite Amazon suppliers in Europe. Applying company-wide safety processes across an incredibly diverse and complex region has yielded many important findings on how to effectively implement such changes. In this presentation, Phil will be walking through his key findings and lessons on how to ensure you and your suppliers can effectively raise the bar in your own safety initiatives.

Rosie Russell is currently the President of IIRSM and Director of EHS and Sustainability at MeiraGTx. She started out her professional life 30 years ago as an Organic Chemist working in the Laboratory. Intent on becoming a Teacher or Lecturer, she had no interest in Health and Safety yet exposure to her wife's studies and an accident at work that left her hospitalised let to her interest being sparked in Occupational Safety and Health. Now, with over 25 years experience managing health and safety in a myriad of interesting environments, Rosie's expertise spans chemical and biological R&D environments and Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing. She is also a keen student of occupational psychology, seeking to understand why people do, what they do. She is passionate about worker involvement and engagement in safety as she states that "It is the worker, in their place of work, that interacts with risk, not the manager at the desk. Furthermore, to be at their most productive, workers must understand the risks they are working with and be empowered to make change".
Rosie splits her time between London, Edinburgh and wherever work takes her. She is an avid reader, consumer of culture and a cook so you will find her either attending the theatre, in a museum or art gallery, in the kitchen or curled up on the sofa with a book.
Rich Eddy

Rich is the Vice President of Customer Support at Avetta. After completing his Masters of Information Systems Management degree from Brigham Young University, he first worked for KPMG Accounting in their Orange County (CA) office as an IT auditor. His next move took him to Portland Oregon and Huron Consulting group where he joined their Hospital Clinical Operations software efforts. His role at Huron included designing, writing, and then supporting software to improve patient recovery and outcomes. He then came back to Utah for Domo to implement their software for clients, then launched their paid support offering, and culminated that journey by owning all of support globally. Rich joined Avetta in March of 2025 and is excited to bring his experience and customer-focus to this role at Avetta.
While he loved time in both California and Oregon, Rich loves being in Utah with his family and enjoys the ski slopes, camping, summer water sports.

With nearly her entire career spent in supply chain risk management, safety innovation, and consultative solution design, Sarah has helped hundreds of organizations reduce operational risk while unlocking long-term value. Her leadership has been recognized industry-wide, most notably when she was honored with the 2024 Gold Stevie Award for Sales Engineer of the Year — a testament to her commitment to excellence and impact in the field. Known for cultivating a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement, Sarah believes that strong teams and stronger communication are the foundation of transformative outcomes. Scott has over 25 years of experience managing and advising on risk and occupational safety. In 2023, Scott was elected by his peers to serve as the Director-at-Large for the executive board of the American Society of Safety professionals (ASSP) and is an active member of the ANSI Z-10 Committee for Safety Management Systems.

Over the years, he's led successful implementations for clients across a wide range of industries throughout the EMEA region.
Vinny's experience includes launching programs in multiple countries for high-profile clients such as Amazon, Caterpillar, Holcim, and Schneider Electric. He has worked closely with clients to develop customized compliance requirements and question sets tailored to their specific needs. Additionally, Vinny has contributed to the development of consortium content, helping to align regional standards and drive consistency across Avetta's client base.
Wyatt Bradbury

Wyatt Bradbury serves as a Principal - Health and Safety for Avetta. Wyatt is pursuing his PhD in Occupational Safety and Health from West Virginia University. Wyatt also serves as the Department of Engineering Faculty and the University of Alabama Birmingham teaching Professional Ethics and Introduction to System Safety for the Advanced Safety Engineering and Management Program.
He has experience in aquatic and recreation risk management, electrical construction, powerline safety, Rail and Transit DB+OSM, and safety consulting. Mr. Bradbury holds CSP, CHST, and CIT certifications from the BCSP and a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Wyatt Bradbury is an engaged ASSP Member. He is a member of the Advisory Group Operations Committee and serves as the National Capital Chapter Advisory Group Representative.
Wyatt Bradbury is on the Drafting Committee for the ANSI Z590.6 Technical Report Guidance for the sizing, fit, selection, and use of personal protective equipment and apparel marketed toward women. He also serves on the Drafting Committee of the ANSI Z490.1 OSH Training Standard.
