CProf Tim Marsh, then at UMIST, was one of the team leaders of the original UK research into behavioural safety (in construction) in the early 1990s, is one of only a few Chartered Psychologists who are also Chartered Fellows of IOSH. He is considered a world authority on the subject of behavioural safety, safety leadership and organisational culture, was awarded a “President’s Commendation” in 2008 by the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and was selected to be their first ever ‘Specialist Fellow’ in 2010. The British Occupational Hygiene Society asked him to give the key note opening ‘Warner Lecture’ at their annual international conference in 2013. In 2014 he gave a key note to the Faculty of Medicine and gave the closing key note at the inaugural Campbell Institute ‘International Thought Leaders’ conference. He gave the opening key note address at Safeguard New Zealand (May 16) and was key note at the inaugural NEBOSH Alumni event. Key note address at first ever Nebosh Alumni event (2016).

A chartered safety professional with 30 years’ experience in HSEQ, ethical sourcing audits and Human Rights, Mike Ford has worked as Head of HSEQ on major infrastructure projects, utilities, mass transit, and manufacturing which included project compliance with responsibility for pre-qualifying and monitoring direct and in-direct supply chain.
Mike acts as an international subject matter expert on behalf of the prestigious Campbell Institute via the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, reviewing annual safety award submissions. He has two post graduate master's degrees in Occupational Health and Safety Management, and Procurement and Supply Chain Management, as well as lead auditor certification in five disciplines.

Natashya's data-driven approach and her Bachelor's and MBA degrees from the University of Florida have propelled her success in customer-centric product management. Rosie Russell

Rosie Russell is currently the President of IIRSM and Director of EHS and Sustainability at MeiraGTx. She started out her professional life 30 years ago as an Organic Chemist working in the Laboratory. Intent on becoming a Teacher or Lecturer, she had no interest in Health and Safety yet exposure to her wife's studies and an accident at work that left her hospitalised let to her interest being sparked in Occupational Safety and Health. Now, with over 25 years experience managing health and safety in a myriad of interesting environments, Rosie's expertise spans chemical and biological R&D environments and Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing. She is also a keen student of occupational psychology, seeking to understand why people do, what they do. She is passionate about worker involvement and engagement in safety as she states that "It is the worker, in their place of work, that interacts with risk, not the manager at the desk. Furthermore, to be at their most productive, workers must understand the risks they are working with and be empowered to make change".
Rosie splits her time between London, Edinburgh and wherever work takes her. She is an avid reader, consumer of culture and a cook so you will find her either attending the theatre, in a museum or art gallery, in the kitchen or curled up on the sofa with a book.
Rich Eddy

Rich is the Vice President of Customer Support at Avetta. After completing his Masters of Information Systems Management degree from Brigham Young University, he first worked for KPMG Accounting in their Orange County (CA) office as an IT auditor. His next move took him to Portland Oregon and Huron Consulting group where he joined their Hospital Clinical Operations software efforts. His role at Huron included designing, writing, and then supporting software to improve patient recovery and outcomes. He then came back to Utah for Domo to implement their software for clients, then launched their paid support offering, and culminated that journey by owning all of support globally. Rich joined Avetta in March of 2025 and is excited to bring his experience and customer-focus to this role at Avetta.
While he loved time in both California and Oregon, Rich loves being in Utah with his family and enjoys the ski slopes, camping, summer water sports.

With nearly her entire career spent in supply chain risk management, safety innovation, and consultative solution design, Sarah has helped hundreds of organizations reduce operational risk while unlocking long-term value. Her leadership has been recognized industry-wide, most notably when she was honored with the 2024 Gold Stevie Award for Sales Engineer of the Year — a testament to her commitment to excellence and impact in the field. Known for cultivating a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement, Sarah believes that strong teams and stronger communication are the foundation of transformative outcomes. Scott has over 25 years of experience managing and advising on risk and occupational safety. In 2023, Scott was elected by his peers to serve as the Director-at-Large for the executive board of the American Society of Safety professionals (ASSP) and is an active member of the ANSI Z-10 Committee for Safety Management Systems.

With nearly a decade at Avetta, Tyler brings a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of the platform. He’s passionate about simplifying processes, removing friction, and helping teams deliver a support experience that’s not just efficient—but genuinely helpful.
Before stepping into his current role, Tyler built and led the Performance Management department, where he developed training programs, rolled out AI-driven support tools, and helped scale internal enablement.

Vineesh Kapoor is a seasoned product and strategy leader with over 18 years of experience spanning product management, technology, and corporate development. He currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Avetta, where he leads initiatives focused on SaaS innovation, AI/LLM integration, and strategic partnerships.
Before his role at Avetta, Vineesh held key positions at Emerson, including Director of Product Management and Director of Strategy and Acquisitions. He also contributed to Cognizant as a Senior Program Manager, showcasing a consistent track record of driving product innovation and business growth.
Wyatt Bradbury
Principal, Health & Safety,

Wyatt Bradbury serves as a Principal - Health and Safety for Avetta. Wyatt is pursuing his PhD in Occupational Safety and Health from West Virginia University. Wyatt also serves as the Department of Engineering Faculty and the University of Alabama Birmingham teaching Professional Ethics and Introduction to System Safety for the Advanced Safety Engineering and Management Program.
He has experience in aquatic and recreation risk management, electrical construction, powerline safety, Rail and Transit DB+OSM, and safety consulting. Mr. Bradbury holds CSP, CHST, and CIT certifications from the BCSP and a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Wyatt Bradbury is an engaged ASSP Member. He is a member of the Advisory Group Operations Committee and serves as the National Capital Chapter Advisory Group Representative.
Wyatt Bradbury is on the Drafting Committee for the ANSI Z590.6 Technical Report Guidance for the sizing, fit, selection, and use of personal protective equipment and apparel marketed toward women. He also serves on the Drafting Committee of the ANSI Z490.1 OSH Training Standard.
