Aaron currently oversees supply chain operations for Vertex’s 91,000 BPD refinery in Mobile, AL, driving strategic sourcing, cost savings, and vendor compliance. Known for implementing tools like Avetta, he has earned industry recognition for operational excellence and innovation.

Andres Villalba is a seasoned supply chain professional with over a decade of end-to-end experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in the Supply Chain Center of Excellence at Cheniere Energy, Andres has led initiatives spanning category management, supplier management, operational excellence, risk mitigation, analytics, and process improvement.
His career includes supply chain roles at top organizations such as Schlumberger, Sysco, Alvarez & Marsal, Calpine, Cameron, and others—giving him hands-on exposure to sectors including oil & gas (upstream and midstream), food service distribution, consumer technology, and power generation.
Andres is also well-versed in sourcing, supply & demand planning, and consulting, and he brings a strategic lens to everything from supplier relationships to enterprise-wide planning.
Outside of work, Andres enjoys rock climbing, traveling, and cheering on Houston sports teams.
Angela Jhanji

Angela joined EQT Partners in April 2022 to lead Sustainability Integration for EQT's Private Capital business line. Her role is to drive sustainability value creation through the investment lifecycle by supporting ESG due diligence and the portfolio company integration of sustainability into the full potential plan.
Angela spent over a decade and a half as an operator helping companies to realize sustainability value creation through growth and efficiency levers at Accenture Strategy and Grant Thornton. She has worked with public and private companies in the sectors of healthcare, software, technology, professional services and consumer goods in both the UK and United States. Angela has also worked international bodies such as the World Economic Forum, World Bank and United Nations to drive the sustainability agenda at the intergovernmental level.
Angela graduated from Columbia University from School of International Public Affairs with a Masters in Public Administration, where she now teaches as an adjunct professor at the Climate School on the topic of Sustainability Value Creation in Private Markets.

Arshad Matin is CEO of Avetta, where he leads the company’s mission to advance safety, sustainability, and compliance across global supply chains. He brings decades of leadership experience, including previous roles as CEO of Paradigm and senior executive positions at Symantec, BindView, and McKinsey & Company. Arshad also serves on the boards of ASGN Incorporated, Texas Children’s Hospital, Houston Endowment, and Asia Society Texas Center.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys traveling the world with her husband and daughter or relaxing at home with a good crochet project.

Caldwell is an experienced supply chain and procurement executive having held senior roles including Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Supply Chain. He served companies of various sizes including Fortune 500s and a large private WBE. His career spans multiple industry sectors including Aerospace, Commercial, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Equipment, Semiconductor and Distribution. His responsibilities included S&IOP, Sourcing and Category Management (Indirect/Direct), Operational Purchasing, Risk Management, Supplier Performance, Supplier Quality, and Compliance among others. His organizations supported both OEM operations on a global level as well as aftermarket services covering the entire product life cycle. He has deep knowledge of the challenges facing organizations including scaling, capacity building, product life cycle, M&A, talent management, and regulatory. His focus includes sustainable procurement and ESG strategies, SCM/Procurement optimization, Risk Management, and application of enabling technology to drive impactful improvements to Cost, Quality, Lead-Times, OTD, and Working Capital. He understands how to gain efficiency and results through people, process, and technology.

Charlene is a tenacious, charismatic, passionate, and collaborative business professional with more than 15 years’ experience in procurement. She currently manages sourcing activities at BGIS for NA and UK with focus on vendor support, transitions, acquisitions/mergers, corporate services and initiatives, as well as special projects. Always finding ways to be more efficient and innovative in daily tasks, Charlene is a key contributor to the support and achievement of the overall team goals and outcomes to achieve best possible results.
In addition to her SCMP designation, she is currently an Executive MBA candidate with Athabasca University. She also holds a diploma in Police and Security as well as a Business Certificate from the University of Alberta.
She enjoys everything that she invests her time in and when not at work she loves spending time with her family, friends, and giving back to the community. Charlene is actively involved in coaching volleyball club.

From implementing tailored solutions for startup companies, all the way up to unique enterprise applications, Chris has seen and done it all. Chris’ consistent goal is to save teams an extensive amount of time and money while making everyone safer in the process. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Oklahoma State University. Colby Davis, CSP, PE

Colby Davis is an accomplished safety leader with over a decade of experience in engineering and risk management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering with a Safety Emphasis from Murray State University and was commissioned as an Engineering Officer in the U.S. Army in 2012.
Colby earned his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation in 2015 and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). He is a four-time recipient of the Governor’s Safety Award and a four-time recipient of the U.S. Army Itschner Award, which recognizes excellence in military engineering.
His military honors include the Meritorious Service Medal and Overseas Combat Ribbons, and he is a qualified Army Parachutist. Colby also serves on the board of the National Guard Association of Kentucky (NGAKY).
In his current role as Safety Director at Ervin Cable Construction, Colby leads initiatives to enhance workforce safety and operational compliance across large-scale infrastructure projects.

After completing his Masters of Information Systems Management degree from Brigham Young University, he first worked for KPMG Accounting in their Orange County (CA) office as an IT auditor. His next move took him to Portland Oregon and Huron Consulting group where he joined their Hospital Clinical Operations software efforts. His role at Huron included designing, writing, and then supporting software to improve patient recovery and outcomes. He then came back to Utah for Domo to implement their software for clients, then launched their paid support offering, and culminated that journey by owning all of support globally. Rich joined Avetta in March of 2025 and is excited to bring his experience and customer-focus to this role at Avetta.
While he loved time in both California and Oregon, Rich loves being in Utah with his family and enjoys the ski slopes, camping, summer water sports.

Wyatt also serves as the Department of Engineering Faculty and the University of Alabama Birmingham teaching Professional Ethics and Introduction to System Safety for the Advanced Safety Engineering and Management Program.
He has experience in aquatic and recreation risk management, electrical construction, powerline safety, Rail and Transit DB+OSM, and safety consulting. Mr. Bradbury holds CSP, CHST, and CIT certifications from the BCSP and a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
