Arshad Matin, Avetta's CEO, is dedicated to advancing safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance worldwide. With a wealth of experience in executive leadership roles, Arshad brings a strategic vision to his role.
Before joining Avetta, Arshad served as President, CEO, and board member of Paradigm, a prominent provider of software and analytics solutions for the global oil and gas industry. He also held key positions at Symantec Corporation, BindView Corporation, and worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company.
In addition to his responsibilities at Avetta, Arshad serves as a board member or trustee for ASGN Incorporated, Houston Endowment, Texas Children's Hospital, and Asia Society Texas Center. Through these roles, he actively contributes to the business community and non-profit organizations.

Raj Amin - EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Raj has over 2 decades of experience driving operational and strategic success at leading SaaS companies. Prior to joining Avetta, Raj served as the CFO for Granicus, where he oversaw the company’s finance, accounting, legal and business systems departments. Earlier in his career, Raj was the Vice President of FP&A at Plex Systems, a leading cloud manufacturing ERP. Prior to Plex, Raj was part of the management team that took Eloqua, an early leader in marketing automation, to one of the most successful IPOs of 2012 and subsequent acquisition by Oracle. Raj is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Jeff Kristick - Chief Revenue Officer
Jeff Kristick leads Avetta's global revenue operations. Jeff brings over two decades of go-to-market experience in the enterprise and SaaS sectors.
Prior to joining Avetta, Jeff held leadership roles at TIBCO Software including Senior Vice President of TIBCO Sales for North America and Europe. During his time there, he helped lead initiatives to achieve their next level of financial, operational, and market success. Before TIBCO, Jeff held an operational role as the President of Meridian Knowledge Solution, as well as sales and marketing roles at Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, Plateau Systems, and Siebel Systems.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the United States Naval Academy, and a master’s degree in business administration and operations from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Notably, he played a pivotal role in orchestrating one of the largest merger integrations in the energy industry. Bill Stephenson is the accomplished Senior Vice President of Customer Sales at Avetta, responsible for driving organic customer growth and fostering Customer Delight. With an impressive career spanning over 25 years, Bill has held executive sales positions at Paradigm Geophysical, symplr, P2 Energy Solutions, IHS. Bill's expertise also includes significant contributions during his tenure at BindView/Symantec, where he led the sales team to a record quarter, post-acquisition.
Prior to his successful sales career, Bill served in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm. He holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Houston and actively volunteers at the Lone Survivor Foundation. Bill and his wife Lisa have raised three children in Houston, and he enjoys watching football, basketball, and baseball games at the University of Houston. With his wealth of experience and unwavering dedication, Bill continues to drive Avetta's global sales success while making a positive impact on the community.

As the Senior Vice President of Sales at Avetta, Scott has been a valuable member of the team since the company's inception in 2003 (then known as PICS Auditing). With extensive experience in international markets and a deep understanding of health and safety, Scott has held key roles such as Commercial Director of Global Development and Director of Sales (Americas). Over his career spanning 20 years, he has advised global organizations on supply chain risk management and sustainable procurement, with a focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) sales and program deployment across 100+ countries.
Currently, Scott and his team are responsible for driving new client acquisition and achieving Avetta's revenue targets. He employs a strategic approach that combines securing large regional clients with expanding U.S. contracts into global partnerships. Scott holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Weber State University, providing him with valuable insights into human behavior. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Scott continues to play a vital role in Avetta's sales success.

Christopher Lewis - Chief Technology Officer
Christopher Lewis, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in product development and analytical solutions, has been promoted to the role of CTO at Avetta. He joined Avetta as the Vice President of Data Analytics in March 2020, following his successful tenure at IHS Markit. During his time at IHS Markit, Christopher played a pivotal role in establishing an enterprise data lake and enabling data science and analytics across diverse sectors such as financial markets, automotive, maritime, energy, and chemicals.
With his previous experience as CTO at Seismic Micro-Technology, where he delivered multiple analytical products to the oil and gas industry, Christopher brings a wealth of expertise to his current position. As Avetta's CTO, he is responsible for driving product development aligned with the company's future vision. Christopher's focus on agile development, scalability solutions, and automated testing capabilities will further advance Avetta's technological capabilities and fuel its growth and innovation. His extensive background makes him a valuable asset in shaping Avetta's technological advancements.
