The impact of the labour shortage on supply chain management

An imminent labour shortage in key regions is set to shake up global supply chains. According to the latest research by Korn Ferry, businesses across the globe could be dealing with a labour shortage of 85.2 million skilled workers by 2030. The dent in revenues is projected to be around $8.45 trillion or the combined equivalent of the GDPs of Germany and Japan.

This does not bode well for major, labour-intensive supply chains worldwide. This white paper will discuss the current environment with the declining workforce and practical guidance on how to mitigate this risk.

You'll learn:

  • How the labour shortage affects supply chain management
  • Methods to combat the shortage
  • How to use technology to diversify your workforce
