Colin Davies is an environmental scientist and sustainability professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in resources, infrastructure and industrial projects across Australia, Europe and South-East Asia. As General Manager, of ReGen Strategic, a partner of Avetta, Colin leads the Sustainability and ESG practice.
One of Colin’s key strengths is his ability to develop effective and strategic solutions to environmental and social issues and communicate these to a wide range of stakeholders.
His knowledge on the application of ESG/sustainable development principles and safeguards stems from more than a decade as an independent reviewer, auditor and technical specialist for due diligence and compliance assessments of new and expanded developments. This experience has given Colin specialist knowledge of International Finance Institutions’ (IFI) Performance Standards on Environmental and Social Sustainability, Equator Principles and ISO14001. Colin has worked on a range of high capital sustainable investment projects for some of the world’s leading international financial institutions including the World Bank, International Finance Corporation and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
At ReGen Colin primarily focuses on the delivery of sustainability and ESG maturity assessments, materiality assessments, strategy development and reporting for a range of clients spanning multiple sectors.
Prior to joining ReGen Strategic, Colin has held the positions of Principal Consultant / Scientist, General Manager and Executive Manager for a number of reputable local and international sustainability and environmental and social consultancies.
Colin’s ESG and sustainable development experience is underpinned by a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development. Colin is also an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Environmental Auditor and has completed a plethora of statutory legal compliance audits.

Michael Tooma, Partner, Head of ESG, at Hamilton Locke, is Australia’s leading health and safety lawyer with specialist expertise in regulatory investigations and environment, social and governance (ESG) issues. Michael provides strategic crisis management, proactive resilience and ESG advice to companies and Boards in Australia and globally. He has extensive experience responding to incidents, undertaking investigations, acting in inquiries, and advising on ESG systems, processes, policy, culture and leadership.
Michael has spoken at United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) conferences including presenting to the General Assembly and being on the taskforce for the development of the Global Manifesto for Industrial Safety. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and, in 2019, Michael was awarded a lifetime achievement award by the Australian Institute of Health and Safety for his contribution to safety.
In addition to his extensive legal expertise, Michael is a thought leader on health and safety issues and an author of numerous books on ESG, Due Diligence, Mental Health at Work, Incident Investigations, Dealing with Regulators and the COVID pandemic. His books are frequently prescribed in universities, cited in academic literature and judgements, and are standard references for safety and legal practitioners.

Currently, as the Contract Support and Scheduling Manager, he oversees functions related to contract support, including the management of contract KPIs and systems that facilitate contractor engagement and safety transparency, with Avetta as a key component. His team also manages critical supplier relationships and services – ranging from traffic management and excavation to crane operations, plant hire, and specialist activities such as helicopter lifting – all essential to constructing and maintaining Ausgrid’s network. A cornerstone of his work is contractor pre-qualification, a fundamental part of Ausgrid’s Health and Safety Management System, ensuring a consistent standard of competency and compliance across the workforce.

Luke Boyle is an executive leader championing safety and compliance across Avetta’s Asia Pacific operations. As VP Operations, Luke manages cross functional efforts to enhance the overall experience of customers on the Avetta network, increase derived value from Avetta membership, and reduce overall complexity and effort associated with achieving compliance for suppliers and their workers. Before joining Avetta, Luke was the Chief Customer Officer for Pegasus. He spent more than 20 years in banking in various roles prior to that, including Head of Australia for Regional Small Business and Agribusiness Connect at the National Australia Bank. Rich is the Vice President of Customer Support at Avetta. After completing his Masters of Information Systems Management degree from Brigham Young University, he first worked for KPMG Accounting in their Orange County (CA) office as an IT auditor. His next move took him to Portland Oregon and Huron Consulting group where he joined their Hospital Clinical Operations software efforts. His role at Huron included designing, writing, and then supporting software to improve patient recovery and outcomes. He then came back to Utah for Domo to implement their software for clients, then launched their paid support offering, and culminated that journey by owning all of support globally. Rich joined Avetta in March of 2025 and is excited to bring his experience and customer-focus to this role at Avetta.
While he loved time in both California and Oregon, Rich loves being in Utah with his family and enjoys the ski slopes, camping, summer water sports.

Wyatt Bradbury serves as a Principal - Health and Safety for Avetta. Wyatt is pursuing his PhD in Occupational Safety and Health from West Virginia University. Wyatt also serves as the Department of Engineering Faculty and the University of Alabama Birmingham teaching Professional Ethics and Introduction to System Safety for the Advanced Safety Engineering and Management Program.
He has experience in aquatic and recreation risk management, electrical construction, powerline safety, Rail and Transit DB+OSM, and safety consulting. Mr. Bradbury holds CSP, CHST, and CIT certifications from the BCSP and a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Wyatt Bradbury is an engaged ASSP Member. He is a member of the Advisory Group Operations Committee and serves as the National Capital Chapter Advisory Group Representative.
Wyatt Bradbury is on the Drafting Committee for the ANSI Z590.6 Technical Report Guidance for the sizing, fit, selection, and use of personal protective equipment and apparel marketed toward women. He also serves on the Drafting Committee of the ANSI Z490.1 OSH Training Standard.
