In remote locations or during temporary internet disruptions, workers can still utilise the Workforce by Avetta mobile app by accessing their QR code offline. This feature ensures uninterrupted access control, providing peace of mind for workers regardless of their connectivity status.
Personal Identification Offline:
Workers can now leverage their stored photographs on the device for additional identification purposes. Alongside Avetta ID and client cards, workers can display their image and compliance status within the app, even in offline mode. This expedites the verification process, ensuring workers are always compliant and ready.
Please note: offline mode is restricted to accessing your worker QR code and company cards ONLY. You cannot load competency documents and role information without an internet connection.

The Workforce by Avetta mobile app is linked to a company's workforce management solution and workers need to be invited by a company or client to access the app. The Workforce by Avetta mobile app is for Workers using Pegasus Workforce Management. For Clients using Pegasus Workforce Management the Onsite Mobile by Avetta app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. For Clients, Suppliers, Contractors, and Workers using Avetta Worker Management the Avetta Worker Management Mobile app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
